Drip messages are messages that your bot can send to a customer after they start a new conversation. You can customize this message. Drip messages can introduce customers to your brand or provide them with a promotional code.

NOTE Once your message is created, use the associated drip message button to start sending. The message will be tagged "Drip message" and will send after 1 hour. Use the drip message button again to stop sending. 

TIP A/B test promotional welcome messages. If you choose more than one message, a message will be randomly selected. Use different promotional codes to track how each converts.
