Customers will receive messages with the following triggers:

  • An order is placed ("awaiting fulfillment")
  • The order status changes from "awaiting fulfillment" to "complete"
  • You use the "create shipment" option

NOTE the option for your customers to leave feedback for your product/service is available when the order is "complete" and the feedback module is enabled.
